Project implementation process
As a relatively new technology startup, both parties have discussed and laid out a development roadmap in phases:
Phase 1: Developing an MVP version within 4 months to find potential customers and investors.
Phase 2: Completing basic functionalities.
Phase 3: Upgrading the system to handle big data processing and adding new business features.
Throughout each development phase, the Agile model is followed, where remote collaboration with the Product Owner takes place to discuss and refine functional descriptions and designs. Completed features are continuously updated and delivered to the customer after each Sprint.

The SaaS solution and microservices built by TESOP from scratch have demonstrated scalability and the ability to handle large amounts of data in the future.
The customer highly values TESOP’s technological capabilities. The product has been deployed in real-world scenarios, and the customer’s company is experiencing strong growth with this solution, attracting significant investments from large corporations.
