The customer is a large medical equipment business with the ambition to establish a dedicated e-commerce platform for the medical equipment sector. The goal is to bring together businesses within the industry onto an online platform, where customers can easily purchase medical equipment using their mobile phones. TESOP collaborates with the customer, leveraging their deep industry expertise and technological capabilities, to develop this solution as quickly as possible.

Project implementation process

As a unique field and new technology for TESOP, we combine research with experts in the medical equipment and e-commerce fields, dividing the development into several stages:
Stage 1: Developing the basic functions of the e-commerce platform on the PC web.
Stage 2: Adding features and creating a mobile web version for customers.
Stage 3: Implementing specialized functionalities such as marketing programs, wholesale options, price negotiations, and chat features.

Project results & customer feedback

All three stages of the project were completed on time and within the initial budget. The product has been deployed, featuring the following basic functionalities:

Web and mobile web versions for customers to search, browse, place orders, and track orders.

Web version for sellers to manage products, orders, promotional programs, etc.

Web version for Medgo, the platform administrator, to process transactions between buyers and sellers.
